There have been some recent workflow changes with the launch of the new site and as the final migration of the old system is not yet complete, there is still a lot for us to do in a short space of time.
As we are extremely busy working with our developers on improving/updating the site we have streamlined our contact channels.
Please do not send direct emails to Arcangel with technical queries or directly through Facebook messaging as they won’t be responded to, all queries must now go through our Helpdesk. This will ensure we can track and assign the ticket to the right person.
