Client Brief : For a book set in Dublin I’m looking for eerie suburban images. Think cul- de-sacs, mundane suburbia, twitching curtains etc….open to anything but it must feel quite beautiful. Just standard shots of a street probably won’t work here, it needs to be done in a considered way, i.e. something about the crop or the angle of the shot or the way you have a close up on a twitching curtain. Anything that suggests a girl without showing the actual girl (or at least the previous prescence of a person/event) would be great, too. Maybe an object or item of clothing is abandoned in front of a path/gate/door or in a road? Maybe a bag dropped? Maybe a door has been left open. Maybe something is broken. Maybe there are footprints or marks of some kind. Maybe a garden has been trampled….
