They’re siblings. There are no clear descriptions of them in the book, nothing about hair colour, etc – but basically, grimy kids. 19th century dress but quite poor.
Street: Looking for a 1800’s London background. More specifically a street in East London. But poor areas, not big houses. Cobbled streets.
