Client Brief : The criteria for the photo is that it should feature a glamorous looking woman approx age 50 (or more than one, up to three), perhaps with a child or perhaps not. She could be sitting reading, cooking, in a garden, walking on a street, sitting at home…anything really. It’s about her not looking too granny-ish and frumpy or really old, but rather active and attractive and more ‘middle aged’ than 70 years old. The photo could be contemporary (the novel is set in the present day) or it could have a vintage feel and be a timeless 1950s/60s photo.
